Withdrawal information

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (hansenexus GmbH, Eidelstedter Weg 2, 20255 Hamburg, Germany, email service@hansenexus.de, phone +49 40 57307846) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

For a contract for the supply of services, the right of withdrawal expires once we have fully performed the service, if we only began performance after you gave your express consent and at the same time acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once we have fully performed the contract (section 356 (4) of the German Civil Code, BGB). You give this consent and acknowledgement in the order process by ticking a separate box.

There is no right of withdrawal for the printed QR table cards of the Premium package, because they are made to your specifications for your wedding (section 312g (2) no. 1 BGB).

Beyond the statutory right of withdrawal, we refund the full price if you ask for a refund no later than 30 days before the wedding date, even after the withdrawal period has ended and with no deduction for the time you could already use the app. The details are in section 6 of the terms.
